As of the 1st October 2020, Medicare has amended the rules regarding Telehealth consultations; and as such we will not be offering fully bulk-billed telehealth services after September 30th.
We will continue to offer telehealth services, however please note in some circumstances the doctor may ask for you to come in to the clinic.
Telehealth appointment fees will be in line with our standard face-to-face appointments and rebates do apply as long as you have been in for a face-to-face appointment in the past 12 months.
As usual all billing is at the discretion of our doctors. We will continue to bulk-bill Pensioners and Health Care Card holders during standard business hours.
All patients not eligible to be bulk-billed will be required to pay the full private fee on the day of a telehealth appointment just as they would for a face-to-face appointment.
