We cannot bulk bill Telehealth Appointments
Unfortunately, due to the rules surrounding the Medicare rebate, we cannot bulk bill Telehealth sessions.
We will continue to offer telehealth services, however, please note in some circumstances the doctor may ask for you to come into the clinic.
Telehealth appointment fees will be in line with our standard face-to-face appointments, and rebates do apply as long as you have been in for a face-to-face appointment in the past 12 months.
As usual, all billing is at the discretion of our doctors. We will continue to bulk bill Pensioners and Health Care Card holders during standard business hours.
All patients not eligible to be bulk billed will have to pay the full private fee on the day of their Telehealth appointment, just as they would for a face-to-face appointment.
