Casual Medical Receptionist
Kenmore Clinics are seeking a motivated, reliable receptionist to work in our clinics.
Main responsibilities include:
- Greeting, assisting patients and administrative tasks of patient care
- Answering phone calls and making outgoing calls
- Patient data entry using medical software
- General office duties including filing, printing, faxing photocopying, scanning, booking appointments for patients
- Opening and closing of practice
Skills required
- Excellent interaction skills with patients, staff and other professionals
- Ability to work in a small team and independently
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- An empathetic positive and ‘can-do’ attitude
Previous medical reception experience in a GP setting essential along with experience using Best Practice.
